Hey, friend! I'm Rachel. Rach. Rachel G.

Mommy of two wild kiddos who are 7 & 3. Fitness instructor for almost 10 years. My experience included teaching classes like Piyo, Zumba, Cardio Hip Hop, Yoga, Stretch, HIIT & strength training.

 I became a  Registered nurse drop out a few years after working my ass off to get that Bachelor Degree. I left the clinical field to do what I was most passionate about- empowering people to find the fitness that works for them. Living my own weight loss and health journey has really given me insight into how to approach my clients with truth & love as they work through their own.

I went on to become certified as a Wellness Coach, thinking I had the job of my dreams coaching people in the community. After some time in that role, I realized my passion was to create my own lane and provide a safe space for moms & women to work on their wellness.

Wellness is not just the number on the scale. It's how you think about yourself. How you feel in your clothes. Being in a healthy mental space. Eating for fuel, but also eating the things you love. Learning to prioritize yourself and what you need. I could go on, but you probably get what I'm talking about. 🤩

My goal is to help you have FUN with your workouts (or at least be able to tolerate them😂). I'll coach you through in a positive & uplifting way. Being mean to yourself is just not the vibe when you're working on weight loss, building strength or just learning to love yourself again.
